Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical strategy and architecture for 2026 product releases.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience with quantum computing principles is a plus.
