Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic business concepts into robust technical strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for AI ethics and security.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and integrate viable solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
