Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for our upcoming product lines, ensuring scalability, security, and futuristic relevance.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for enterprise integration.
- System Design: Design resilient, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Talent Cultivation: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to global regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in designing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into production workflows.
- Futuristic Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing, Quantum Computing) and apply them to business solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
