Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, future-proof systems designed to withstand the demands of post-AGI computing environments.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols and next-gen neural networks into core product lines.
- Define and implement ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making algorithms and synthetic data generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to prototype immersive Web3 and Extended Reality (XR) interfaces.
- Predict industry trends and assess technical feasibility for disruptive technologies before market adoption.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to distributed, serverless microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, systems architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, IoT ecosystems, and edge computing paradigms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
