Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for technology infrastructure and product evolution leading up to 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on next-gen computing paradigms and emerging tech stacks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to anticipate shifts in the industry and recommend proactive adaptations.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can withstand future demands and technological advancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in ambiguous environments.
