Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining long-term technical goals and architectural standards.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, Edge Computing).
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business strategies into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Establish security protocols and compliance frameworks for future-proof data governance.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and future-proofing.
