Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Design and articulate a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business goals for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum, Biotech interfaces) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- High-Level Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and robust systems that can handle exponential data growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies well in advance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, Cloud Native architecture, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and implementing long-term strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
