Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, high-availability systems tailored for the 2026 technological horizon, utilizing microservices and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance, security, and reliability, ensuring 99.99% uptime and zero-latency user experiences.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Spearhead internal PoCs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Future-Forward Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, legacy system challenges and modernize them efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
