Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead research and development in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuro-interfaces.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Monitor industry trends to identify disruptive technologies that could impact the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and data governance.
