Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct in-depth research and forecasting to define the technical strategy for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends like AGI, Quantum Computing, and Hyper-automation.
- Lead High-Impact Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and futuristic system architectures that can handle next-generation data loads and integration points.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Assess, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies into our current stack, acting as an internal consultant for future tech implementation.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor engineering teams on modern best practices and guide technical decision-making that aligns with our long-term vision.
- Future-Proofing Solutions: Ensure all current projects are architected to seamlessly integrate with predicted future protocols and standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical product management with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to think several years into the future regarding technology trends, with specific interest in AI evolution and predictive computing.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and programming languages relevant to high-performance computing.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex future technologies into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
