Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives leading up to the 2026 milestone.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures for next-gen platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) and assess their viability for integration into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate future visions into actionable technical strategies.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration of current systems to ensure seamless integration with future technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for future projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or future tech development.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for technological shifts 3-5 years out.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and API design.
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge solutions and driving digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
