Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development in emerging technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Predictive AI models.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of complex, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and developers in adopting futuristic technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate visionary concepts into viable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and implement forward-looking solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
