Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of shipping future-ready products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks
- Experience with federal-level tech policy advisory
- Exceptional systems thinking and communication skills
