Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision and strategy that aligns with business goals, specifically focusing on AI evolution and scalability.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of next-gen technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead architectural discussions, mentor engineering teams, and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the infrastructure lifecycle to ensure high availability, security, and performance as we scale towards 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and AI/ML integration strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and align them with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
