Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist in network monitoring, maintenance, and documentation
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate on cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects
- Support cloud service implementations (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to new technologies
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (training provided)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
