Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for the Year 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Prototype and validate innovative solutions for emerging trends, including AI integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- Oversee the implementation of high-performance systems and enforce rigorous code quality standards across the organization.
- Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments for new initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and modern programming languages.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks (e.g., WebGPU, Edge AI, or advanced IoT protocols) is highly desirable.
