Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Future Systems Architect (2026 Vision) to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation technology infrastructure. As we prepare for the technological leap of 2026, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between current AI capabilities and future quantum-ready architectures.
In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our core platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, artificial intelligence, and advanced infrastructure to build systems that define the future of enterprise computing.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for systems designed to handle the demands of the year 2026 and beyond, including autonomous agents and edge computing.
- Quantum-Ready Architecture: Design cloud-native infrastructure that is primed for future quantum computing integration and optimization.
- AI-Driven Operations: Integrate and oversee Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into core business workflows.
- System Modernization: Spearhead the transition from legacy monoliths to distributed, event-driven microservices architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Implement next-level cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with evolving data protection regulations.
- Talent & Strategy: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for high-concurrency environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and extensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in designing serverless and event-driven architectures.
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of prompt engineering for system control.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
