Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic transition, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-scale distributed systems and AI-driven workflows, driving innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate emerging tech trends into core product lines.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience against future threats and evolving cyber landscapes.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for experimental technologies and cutting-edge frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy laws, and system hardening.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or experience with future-forward tech stacks is highly preferred.
