The Role:
As a Future Systems Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical implementation, ensuring our platforms are resilient, scalable, and ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems infrastructure for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with R&D teams to define long-term technical strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and integrate post-quantum cryptography and quantum-safe protocols into existing enterprise systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee performance tuning and security audits to ensure system integrity and zero-latency operations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the organization.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of quantum computing concepts, AI integration, or edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
