Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the architectural design of distributed neural networks and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum algorithms into classical computing frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, edge AI) and assess their feasibility for integration.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
