Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Define and architect the core technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning business goals with technical execution.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Lead the migration strategy toward quantum-ready cloud infrastructures and decentralized networks.
- Establish security protocols and compliance frameworks for future regulatory landscapes.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging technologies to assess viability for adoption.
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder for strategic partnerships and R&D projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Strong command of programming languages including Python, Rust, and Go.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and optimization.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
