In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application. You will define the architectural standards for our upcoming neural interface projects and autonomous grid systems. Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as AI-driven energy grids and quantum computing integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance architectures for complex, multi-tiered software solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in experimental projects focused on predictive maintenance and autonomous systems.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical specifications and engineering deliverables.
- Legacy Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure compatibility with next-generation protocols and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure). Experience with AI/ML frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
