Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap for the organization, focusing on 2026 readiness.
- Design and prototype next-generation neural interfaces and autonomous agent architectures.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies such as Synthetic Data and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks that address future threat vectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering sprints.
- Present strategic visions to C-level stakeholders and international tech conferences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Future-Tech leadership.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and advanced neural network architectures.
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed ledger technologies.
- Exceptional strategic foresight and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies clearly.
