Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and board audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Experience with UN SDGs or ESG frameworks
