Responsibilities

- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on next-generation algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and junior developers.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and third-party tools that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (2026+ outlook) and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
