Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models for high-volume production environments with a focus on 2026 standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging paradigms in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI frameworks and governance into core product pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing neural architectures for reduced latency, increased throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in AI hardware and software ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges in real-time.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams through architectural transitions.
