Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and Machine Learning architectural strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Design scalable, robust, and secure AI systems that integrate seamlessly with our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing) into our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model development, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from concept to production.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior technical talent.
