The Role:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI infrastructure, from prototype to production deployment. You will ensure our systems are not only powerful but also aligned with the rapid pace of technological advancement in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for autonomous AI agents and large-scale LLM orchestration systems.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for maximum efficiency on modern hardware (GPUs/TPUs).
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
