- Optimization: Implement advanced inference optimization techniques to reduce latency and cost.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- AI Ethics: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict safety and fairness guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
