Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of advanced algorithms and optimize data pipelines for maximum efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, edge AI) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI architecture or machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
