- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology initiatives with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Research, analyze, and assess emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to determine viability and implementation strategies.
- Strategic Innovation: Develop and drive initiatives to future-proof our infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience against technological disruption.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to the C-suite and board of directors, translating technical data into high-level business value.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Identify and evaluate technology partners and vendors that align with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Conduct forward-looking risk assessments on technological shifts to safeguard company assets and data integrity.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, IT Management, or Strategic Planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term technology roadmaps that drive business growth.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Masterās degree preferred.
