Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI: Design and deploy scalable neural architectures capable of handling multimodal data streams and autonomous decision-making by 2026.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and Spatial Computing into core products.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance computing solutions that minimize latency and maximize throughput in distributed environments.
- Ensure Ethical Governance: Implement robust AI safety protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and transparent algorithmic frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and the principles of Agentic AI.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
