Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation AI infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability.
- Define technical roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Symbolic AI, Autonomous Agents).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and data privacy in decentralized systems.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate new paradigms in machine learning and human-computer interaction.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience designing for edge computing and low-latency environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
