Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact machine learning products.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced generative AI deployment.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to forecast and integrate emerging technologies such as quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, and MLOps.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
