Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems specifically tailored for the operational landscape of 2026, including post-silicon computing environments.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and autonomous agents into core business infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype next-generation user experiences.
- Ensure all AI architectures adhere to rigorous safety, security, and ethical compliance standards for future regulatory frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-compatible cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and systems design.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and neural architecture search (NAS).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts, edge computing, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
