Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
