Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical architecture and AI strategy for projects targeted for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems that handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the research and implementation of next-generation machine learning models, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Future-Proofing: Monitor emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Neuromorphic chips) to advise on infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
