Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, next-generation AI architectures capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and predictive modeling for 2026 market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and edge computing paradigms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
