Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences across themed attractions and dining venues
- Perform daily safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Assist with crowd control and guest flow during high-traffic periods
- Operate ride systems and attraction components per company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license a plus
