Responsibilities
- Delicate compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for MN licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- English proficiency verified by TOEFL/IELTS (for international candidates)
- Eligibility for U.S. visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 pathways)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development
