Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using modern technologies.
- Team Leadership: Lead code reviews, conduct technical mentoring, and foster a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in code and infrastructure to ensure application stability and speed.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Frontend: Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Database: Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database management (SQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.
