Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions in a timely manner
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate incident records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Train users on new technology and best practices
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
