Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues
- Lead cloud migration projects across AWS and Azure platforms
- Develop cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Document system configurations and create technical training materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
