Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including apples, berries, and vegetables
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist in packing, sorting, and preparing produce for distribution
- Perform general farm maintenance including fence repair and field clearing
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize harvest schedules
- Maintain detailed crop health and yield records
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
