Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with project-specific tasks and material preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet construction deadlines
- Participate in routine equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
