Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-day logistics of on-site hiring events, including registration, seating, and materials.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and talent assessments for prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific role requirements and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring status in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Represent the company brand professionally to all visitors and applicants.
- Assist in the coordination of post-event follow-up and offer letters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during event periods.
