Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable AI solutions
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Architect cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on product roadmaps
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive technical innovation through POCs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in Python, Java, or cloud architecture
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
