Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across 5+ countries
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Mentor junior engineers through our buddy program
- Contribute to agile sprints with bi-weekly deployments
- Present technical solutions to international stakeholders
- Lead code reviews and maintain documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in full-stack development (Python/Java preferred)
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with international development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise projects
