Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in acute care settings with cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using EMR systems
- Develop personalized care plans for diverse patient populations
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and DC health regulations
- Mentor new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide emergency response and triage in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for DC license by endorsement)
- BSN degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B/OPT/J1 acceptable)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
