Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system implementations
- Train users on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and optimize network resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms
- Valid US work authorization or visa eligibility
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM)
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification preferred
